Sustainable Organizations -
Organizations of all kinds, large MNCs, new start-ups, non-profits, and governmental organizations of all types - are tackling the global challenges of sustainability. For some organizations this shift in itself is an opportunity, creating new products and services, reinventing and redefining old ones, or creating new solutions to problems. For other organizations, the solutions are complex and far from obvious. This course explores the notion of sustainability as a core business tenant, and how entrepreneurs and their social enterprise companies are working to create and capture financial, social, and environmental value, all while delivering bottom line returns to the marketplace.
